Main Features:
1. Controlled by double frequency converter (double servo). Just in
one step, the length of bag can be set and cut at any time without
the need of adjustment and idle operation, and it is time saving
and film saving.
2. Color touch screen is adopted with easy and convenient parameter
setting.
3. Self failure diagnosis, clear failure displaying.
4. Highly sensitive photoelectric eye color code tracking and
digital input of cutting and sealing position can make the cutting
and sealing position more accurate.
5. Separate PID temperature control, suitable for all varieties of
packaging materials.
6. Positioning stop function, not sticking to the cutter and no
waste of packing film.
7. Simple driving system, more reliable work and more convenient
maintenance.
8. All the controls are realized through the software, which
facilitates function regulation and technology upgrade. It can be
equipped with automatic feeding machine and automatic code printer.
